These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Cutskills (“Cutskills”, “we”, “us”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1) The Service

Cutskills helps you analyze job descriptions to extract skills and improve keyword coverage in your resume for international applications. Results are generated with automated systems and may contain errors.

Important: Cutskills does not guarantee job placement, interview outcomes, or 100% accuracy of extracted skills. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use the output.

2) Subscription & Billing

Starter Plan: Provides 100 analyses per month. Unused credits do not roll over.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically via Stripe unless canceled.
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal. Access remains until the end of the current billing period.
Plan changes: We may change plan pricing or limits in the future. If changes are material, we will provide notice.

3) Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day full refund guarantee for users in applicable jurisdictions (including Brazil, per Art. 49 of the CDC). After this period, refunds may be offered on a case-by-case basis for verified technical issues.

4) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Cutskills or attempt to bypass its limits. This includes (but is not limited to):

Attempting to bypass quotas, rate limits, or paid features (e.g., automated calling, scraping, or abusing endpoints).
Reverse engineering, interfering with, or disrupting the service.
Using the service to process unlawful content or to violate third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse, fraud, or repeated violations.

5) Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 3 months.

6) Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice via the Service, the website, or email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

7) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the developer’s location or the user’s residence where required by consumer law.
